I am a retired teacher and reading specialist living in Kahului. I tailor my lessons to each child's particular needs. My goal is to help your child to become a confident and enthusiastic reader in an environment where the child feels safe to take risks and make mistakes that promote learning.

I offer services to children in grades K-5 which include letter recognition, letter sounds, site words, reading strategies, comprehension strategies, fluency, and writing skills, all while learning problem solving skills to promote independence.
